ADHESIVE - BIGHEAD® BIGBOND FS ACRYLIC

Product Description

bigHead® BIGBOND FS ACRYLIC ADHESIVE is the manufacturer's preferred choice for strength and ease of use in installing Poppits® and other bigHead® fasteners to most materials except polypropylene, nylon, and other low-friction coatings. It is a high-strength 2-component methacryllic-based adhesive which requires minimal surface preparation prior to application. Local temperatures and humidity do not affect the chemical reaction of its cure process. During its initial cure cyle of 45-50 minutes it reaches its peak temperature of 100° and 70% of its final maximum tensile strength, which will be over 4,000lbs/sq.inch in 4-6 days.
