Features and Benefits

These bigHead® fasteners were originally designed for use in the plastics molding and GRP industries. Their large perforated "head" provides an invisible, molded-in fastener - fixed for life - with very high torque and shear resistance. Standard forms are used extensively in Plastics, Auto, and Engineering, and increasingly in Construction, Building and other fields. They can be molded-in during manufacture, or riveted, screwed, or spot welded. With the advent of modern adhesives providing permanent bonding to almost any surface, designers and manufacturers are now able to specify these for "blind" application to almost any surface or material.

ACCESSORY ITEMS REQUIRED: These parts must be ordered with your choice of polythene encapsulated 304 stainless steel or 304 stainless steel spring clip, as shown (left) and as listed in the data sheet (below).
