NUTS - SELF RETAINING T-TYPE SLABBED BASE PROJECTION WELD

Product Description

T-Nut Fasteners are bushings with internal threads and a substantial base, combining the functions of a nut and washer. They offer many design advantages and frequently cut weight, labor and cost.

Features and Benefits

In metal applications, T-Nut Fasteners are typically spot welded or projection welded, with the flange attached to a base plate. They may also be snapped into holes. Either way, they obviate costly tapping and simplify design. In non-metallic applications, T-Nut Fasteners are usually driven into holes.They may provide threads and add strength to relatively weak materials. Some T-Nut Fasteners for non-metallic applications may be fed and applied automatically.
