CLAMPS - ROUTING P-TYPE STEEL W/ EPDM - EXTRUDED

Product Description

Designed to secure and route wire, cable, rigid or flexible tubing and hoses, these clamps are ideal for agricultural, automotive, marine, OPE, recreational vehicle and other industrial applications. Their contoured configuration clamping diameter facilitates effortless closing and assures proper hole allignment. The lower leg is offset to allow for a flush surface mount. The standard .060" thick EPDM vinyl cushion functions well in a wide range of operating temperatures and has good resistance to oil, chemicals, weather and ozone. Optional cushion materials are also available, including a general purpose neoprene or silicone for high temperature applications

•CRCQ Steel, .0002 min. Zinc w/Clear Chromate
•CRCQ Steel, .00015 min. Zinc w/Yellow Dichromate
•CRCQ Steel, .0002 min Zinc w/Yellow Dichromate

CUSHION:
•EPDM - .060 Thick, Per SAE J200/ASTM D2000 BC715, A14, C12 E034 (Temperature Range: -50° to 350° F )
•Neoprene (optional) - .060 Thick, Per AMS3209 (Temperature Range: -50° to 260° F )
•Silicone (optional) - .060 Thick, Per AMS3303 (Temperature Range: -80° to 450° F )

Features and Benefits

Extruded Cushion Clamps are perfect for applications where a high degree of protection and durability is required. Parts shown on this page are for Single Tube applications. They are manufactured of heavier gauges of steel than normally used, and their clamping diameter is cushioned with a high quality EPDM extrusion formulated to meet or exceed a variety of industry specifications. The EPDM cushion functions properly in a wide range of temperatures and resists oil, chemicals, weather and ozone particularly well, making these parts perfect for applications where protection and durability are required. * (Optional cushion materials include neoprene or silicone for high temperature applications.
