Product Description

These valve-free 3/8" DN8 E Series Swing Couplings provide a fast and easy connection and guarantee free flow in a compact, easy to manage design. A simple turn activates an air vent to provide ventilation and safety to the hose. These new-generation Couplings are available in nominal sizes DN6 - DN11, DN8 featured here, and are compatible with most common plug systems (parts listed on this page fit the plug style pictured). They meet safety standard requirements and earned certificates listed below. Increase the safety and efficiency of your operations and reduce your energy consumption with this economical choice. APPLICATIONS: Throughput Media - Compressed air, gases, liquids and media with low to medium viscosity.

TO CONNECT: Push the appropriate plug into the coupling, swing approximately 90º until the orange ring engages in the groove.

TO DISCONNECT: Pull back the orange ring and swing the plug to the stop position. Remove the plug from the coupling.

COMPATIBLE WITH: Industrial Interchange 3/8"; AMFLO C26; Cejn 430; Hansen 440; Foster 4404; Parker 25F

A= Steel, nickel plated/aluminum
B= Steel, Black abrasion-resistant finish
C= Stainless Steel
E= Nitrile Elastomer (NBR)
I= Surface Hardened Steel, Nickel plated
S= Surface Hardened Steel, Zinc plated
Z= Zinc Diecast, Nickel plated, Orange plastic coating

Lubrication: Silicone-free standard
Temperature Range: Standard from -4° to +212° F (-20° to +100° C). Higher is possible depending on media - consult EFC International directly.

Operating Pressure: Operating Pressure - 3 inHg (100 mbar) up to 360 psi (25bar). Connection & Disconnection up to 200 psi (15bar).
