STRAIN RELIEFS - RDD LOCKITS™ FOR FLAT WIRE

Product Description

RDD Flat Wire Lockits™ are the next generation in strain relief. They provide all the benefits of the standard RDD Lockit™ for a flat wire. It is designed with multiple panel locking steps to secure the strain relief into panels up to .157" thick. A RDD strain relief mounting hole punch is available. See "Strain Reliefs for Wire/Cables" under "Wire Management."

Features and Benefits

• Installs into a punched standard round or RDD strain relief hole
• When installed into a RDD strain relief hole, the cable is prevented from turning, thereby protecting it from twisting or other stress
• Can be preassembled onto the wire since panel insertion isn't required to keep it locked on the wire
• Once preassembled the wire and Lockit™ can be easily snapped into place with only the use of simple electrical pliers
• Automated application equipment is available which speeds assembly and lowers costs


MATERIALS: Nylon 6/6
COLORS: Black and White are standard. Others are available at extra charge (minimum quantities apply).
CERTIFICATIONS: Recognized under the Component Program of UL File #E-15331. Certified by the Canadian Standards Association File #LR-8919
FLAMMABILITY: 94V-2
MATERIAL TEMERATURE INDEX: 125°C. Maximum temperature on part not to exceed 105°C
