CORDGRIPS - LIQUID TIGHT - PIGTAIL EXTRA GRIP NPT

Product Description

Pigtail NPT Extra Grip Liquid Tight Cordgrips fit flexible cords, are for use in clearance or threaded holes, and have extra long fingers inside for a superior grip. They have a flexible "pigtail" extender to prevent sharp bends and extend the life of your cable. These provide the widest range of cable and/or thread sizes available. We offer 8 sizes, for cable diameters ranging from .065" - .709" (1.70mm - 18.00mm). They are all Nylon construction, with TPE (Buna N Sealing gland). They provide protection from vibration, superior sealing at mounting ring, secure grip on the cable, and resist salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease, and common solvents. (* Note: Locknuts ARE NOT included. For ordering information on steel or nylon Locknuts, please refer to the Locknuts section of this guide)

Features and Benefits

• Ratchet design of sealing nut assembly provides superior antivibration protection and ensures a firm grip on the cable.
• Integral "Sealing Ring" ensures a superior seal at mounting location every time.
• Manufacturer recommends using the cordgrip with the smallest maximum diameter that will fit your application.
• Acme threads on body prevent skipping and speed installation.
• All nylon construction with Buna N sealing gland resists salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease, and common solvents. This feature is not assessed by UL certification or testing.
• Suitable for NEMA 6P enclosures.
