Product Description

This RDD Hole Punch for RDD Strain Reliefs punches a mounting hole configured specifically for RDD Strain Reliefs. This tool can be used to punch mounting holes for several different strain reliefs in the RDD Lockit™ family. Those strain reliefs are featured under the "Strain Reliefs for Wire/Cable" section of the "Wiring Management" product category.

Features and Benefits

• Quick and easy operation requiring only a wrench
• Can be used to punch mounting holes in: mild steel, aluminum, fiberglass and plastic
• Design prevents metal distortion during the punching process

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
• Drill hole in panel one size larger than the stud of the punch
• Disassemble punch and insert stud through the hole
• Install die and backing plate onto shaft then bearing and nut
• Line up punch shaft to desired position and turn nut until punch goes through the metal
• Disassemble nut bearing and backing plate and remove the slug from the die
• Repeat process on next hole
• ALWAYS remove slug after punching
