D - Tapped Thru-Hole, No Cap
E - Reamed Thru-Hole (Bushing), No Cap
K - Tapped Thru-Hole with Cap
H - Reamed Thru-Hole (Bushing), with Cap
L - (Male) External Threads, with Cap.
