Product Description

These 90° Sweep Nylon Liquid Tight Metric Fittings are available in 7 metric thread sizes to fit 8 conduit sizes, from 1/4" through 2". They are designed for use with flexible, nylon corrugated Liquid Tight Conduit & Tubing listed in the "Liquid Tight Conduit/Tubing" section of the Electrical catalog. They have smooth internal surfaces for easier wire installation around the corner angles, and have a Low Fire Hazard Rating . Use of a Sealing Washer may be required for wet locations. Please refer to the "Liquid Tight Sealing Washers" section of the Electrical catalog. In addition, Locknuts can be found in the "Liquid Tight Locknuts" section of our Electrical catalog for ordering information.

Features and Benefits

• Resists salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease and common solvents
• No disassembly required. Simply push the conduit or tubing onto the ferrule and tighten the domed sealing nut.
• This completed assembly can then be secured in the chassis by the locknut (or first secure the connector into an NPT threaded hole).
• No threading of the conduit or tubing required to install
• Eliminate the possibility of cutting the conduit and creating leak paths.
• Completely reusable.
• Conduit will not wind tight onto the connector during assembly and can be easily removed by pulling while turning in a clockwise direction.
• Suitable for indoor/outdoor use, for original equipment manufacturers or field installers.
• Lower installed cost.

MATERIALS: Polyamide Nylon 6/6-(PA66)
COLORS: Black or Gray
CERTIFICATIONS: UL File #E-229161. Approved as per EN50086
FLAMMABILITY RATING: 94 V2 and is Low Fire Hazard Including Low Smoke, Low Toxicity, Halogen, Sulfur and Phosphorous Free.
IP RATING: IP 66 standard as per EN60529; IP 66&67&68 available - contact EFC International and specify FPAX fittings
