The Knurled Insert with Large Sealed Head combines all the features of the standard knurled inserts plus weathertight security provided by a PVC foam seal bonded to the underside of the head. These sealed inserts will withstand 50 PSI (3.4bars) of pressure and can be used in punched or drilled holes. During insertion, the knurled body expands 360ยบ to fill the hole creating exceptional torque strength and resistance to vibration. A backside flange also forms, even in multiple thicknesses of materials without any need for adjustments.
