Round Vinyl Plastic Caps create an attractive, quality finish for consumer and industrial products. Durable, yet inexpensive, these caps can be produced in lengths up to 1-1/2" with variable wall thicknesses, hardness durometers and colors. They are flexible and feel pliable like rubber caps. Round Vinyl Plastic Caps are available in sizes from 0.062" to 6.00" diameter.

Typically used as end caps for wire, rod, pipe or tube, they are also an inexpensive disposable, single-use masking solution for painting and coating processes under 300ºF.

For masking greater than 300 ºF, consider using High Temperature Vinyl, EPDM or Silicone Masking Products suited to the maximum temperature required by the application.

Box Quantities may vary on items which are available in multiple lengths. Wall thickness is measured approx. 1/4" (6.35mm) from open end. Wall thickness increases slightly towards the closed end of the part.
