The Sealed Radius Corner Hex Body Blind Threaded Insert provides all the spin-resistance features of the Standard Radius Corner Hex Body version in punched holes with the addition of a weathertight PVC foam seal bonded to the underside of its head. This seal will withstand 50 PSI (3.4 bars) of pressure. The radius corners of the body of this insert expand during installation to fill the corners of the hex hole, maximizing spin resistance. A backside flange is also formed, even in multiple thicknesses of materials without any need for adjustments. They are available with either standard Open Ends (as pictured), or Closed Ends for leakage protection past the threads, in a variety of corrosion resistant Materials and Finishes listed.
